Tianjin broadcast and TV networks CO. selects Conax for digital cable TV operations.
Conax AS, a leading supplier of conditional access technology for digital TV, has through its partnership with Star Communication network technology Co. Ltd. (STAR) signed an agreement with Tianjin Broadcast and TV Networks Co. (Tianjin) for delivery of CAS technology to their digital cable TV operation.

Tianjin, which is located about 130 km east of Beijing, is one of the four municipalities reporting directly to the Central Government in Beijing. Tianjin has currently 3 millions subscribers connected to their network. Integration of their network has been finished.
